Therapies like yoga, panda sweda , deep tissue massage are best at morning hours & must be done on empty stomach, If you wish to have the treatments in the other timings gap of 3 to 4 Hrs after food intake is must.
Communicate with your therapist about the intensity (soft medium hard) of the massage to suit yourself.
